Members pay an annual fee for unlimited access and utilization of our services.

Services Include

Urgent Intervention: 24/7 Medical Support

On-call clinicians will provide 24/7 medical support in the event of a medical emergency or urgent medical situation, providing comprehensive medical assessment and coordination of care.

Physician Referrals

Identification of the most applicable experienced and capable specialists with logistical support as needed including appointment scheduling and follow-up.

Health Research Reports

Perform customized, objective research and provide detailed written reports to answer questions about a specific disease or treatment, prepared by research team of MDs and PhDs.

Medical Record Collection & Maintenance

  • Collection and quarterly maintenance of all medical records and health information.
  • Careful review of medical records and clinical intake to identify gaps in care as well as recommended health screening and health optimization interventions.

Intensive Case Management

  • Assembly of clinician-led personal care team to provide comprehensive coordination of all health care needs for serious medical conditions.
  • Medical records collection.
  • Referral to top experts to ensure accurate and complete diagnosis.
  • Identification and timely access to the most experienced and capable specialists.
  • Intensive research into the medical literature to ensure that the patient and physicians have the latest research findings.
  • Facilitate communication across all health care resources so they can function as a single team.
  • Customized education materials so clients can make informed choices.
  • Management of all logistics.
  • Guaranteed access to Intensive Case Management Service at significantly discounted Membership price of $40,000 (average) versus $50,000 (average) for nonmembers (fee not included in annual retainer.)

Travel Health Reports

  • For individuals traveling outside their home country.
  • Include pre-identified local physician(s) and best hospitals including contact information, information about local health care system and infrastructure, specifically recommended immunizations and preventive health measures as well as special warnings about travel-related infections and other health and safety risks (up to three destinations per year per family.)

Global Safety Net

  • Access to our Global Safety Net of leading physicians and hospitals in 180 countries globally.
  • Coordination of emergency care and emergency medical evacuations (cost for care not included in our fee.)
